Global websites content management
VML Poland was responsible for the maintenance of 46 websites in all regions of the world, covering 65 markets. Our team was responsible for:
- Website building and content management (AEM),
- Collaboration in e-commerce processes (e.g. building specific promotion pages, product pages in AEM),
- Localisation - Rolling out websites to local markets based on the master project implemented,
- Editing and customisation of creative assets,
- Bug fixes.
Our team in Krakow, in collaboration with the Italian VML team, worked directly with the client in Italy, with the support of other Lavazza international offices.
